1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this Store.
• You must be legally authorized to use the payment method provided.
• By using the Store, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

We may suspend or revoke access to the Store or purchased items if we believe these conditions are not met.

2. Payments

• All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers such as PayPal, Stripe, etc.
• Prices are displayed in Euro (€).
• You agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first to resolve the issue.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only offered under the following conditions:

• A purchase was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction) and reported within 24 hours.
• A technical issue on our end prevented delivery.
• Applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued at our sole discretion.

EU Customers: If you are an EU resident, you have the right to withdraw from digital purchases within 14 days unless the digital content is delivered immediately and you agreed to waive your right of withdrawal. By completing a purchase on this Store, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from the server and store.

4. Delivery

• Digital goods (ranks, items, perks) are usually delivered automatically in-game within a few minutes.
• Please ensure you are online when making a purchase and check for full inventory or rank conflicts.
• If you do not receive your purchase within 15 minutes, please contact us via our support email (see below) or make a support ticket on our Discord server.

5. Use of Digital Items

• You do not own the digital items; they are licensed to you for use on the Server.
• All virtual items remain the property of CastiaMC.
• All items, ranks, and services are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value.
• We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify any item or feature at any time.
• No compensation will be offered for the loss of items due to normal gameplay mechanics (e.g., in-game death), resets, bans, or rule violations.

6. Player Conduct and Server Rules

• Enforcement of rules is at the sole discretion of the server staff.
• Purchasing from our Store does not exempt you from server rules.
• If you break server rules, you may be muted, banned, or lose purchased items.
• No refunds will be issued if disciplinary actions are taken against your account.

7. Changes to Terms and Store

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect upon being posted on the Store. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Store and all digital products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We make no guarantees about server uptime, item availability, or performance.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, CastiaMC, its affiliates, and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Store or the Server.
